Hi, Im Lyss
Your chosen Survivor Support Sister
Just like you, I'm just a girl. I'm just a 20-something-year-old who has traveled many unexpected and life-changing journeys throughout my lifetime. From grief, DV/SA, addiction, and loss; I've experienced just as much hardship as needed to fill a life-time trauma bingo card. Now I'm walking through the journey of healing, self-love, and confidence; and I would be honored to walk it alongside you.
Empowered women, Empower women
Confidence is like having a best friend on the healing journey. It's that reassuring voice saying, "You've got this!" For survivors, confidence is everything—it helps us stand tall, tackle past traumas, and believe in our strength. With confidence, we're reminded that we're worthy of healing and happiness. So, let's keep believing in ourselves. With confidence by our side, we'll navigate this journey with courage and resilience

Clarity is a lifeline for survivors—it's that moment of clarity that helps us make sense of our healing journey. It's like lifting a weight off our shoulders, allowing us to see our path forward with purpose. With clarity, we can pinpoint our needs and priorities, empowering us to take charge of our healing. It's like having a heart-to-heart with ourselves, where we can confront our pain with honesty and kindness. So, let's embrace clarity as our trusted companion on this journey.

Community is like finding your tribe on the healing journey—it's where survivors feel understood, supported, and valued. Together, we create a safe space where everyone's experiences are honored and respected. In this circle of understanding, healing takes root as we freely share our struggles, victories, and insights. Through empathy and encouragement, we lift each other up, offering strength and companionship on the journey to reclaiming our lives.

You are not defined by your past, but you are responsible or healing from it, and redefining your future.
I don't pretend to have everything figured out, and Ill never claim to be the perfect person on the perfect healing journey. Personally, I've been through the HIGH highs and LOW lows throughout many different healing journeys, and I know that healing is for life and unfortunately, never linear.
I, first hand, know the importance of finding a shoulder to lean on when times get rough, or hearing a "Hell Yeah! You go girl!" when things are going well!
Every journey is like a delicate snow-flake, all vulnerable and fragile, but each unique in their very own way. My purpose is to create a safe space for survivors LIKE YOU, of ALL different walks of life to share their story; find people they relate to and to create a community of compassion, empathy, and a bunch of BAD ASS SURVIVORS!
Unfortunately, trauma knows no age, no color, and no mercy; which is why now more than ever we MUST encourage and uplift each other. Use our voice to empower and uplift our sisters of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.
